Nutrition Tip: Water

Drink. More. Water! 

Majority of us are lacking water consumption each day.

If you are serious about your health, get in a routine of drinking more filtered water- you'll see major changes that will improve your health overall.

1/2 yor body weight in ounces a day, plus 8z of water per hour of exercise, is ideal. 

1. Get a good water bottle, carry it with you everywhere you go (32oz)

2. Drink 1, 32oz water bottle in the AM before you eat anything. 

3. Always drink water prior to eating, shoot for 16oz before each meal.

4. Aim to consume 3-4 full bottles of water each day for optimal consumption.
